Children and pets are not permitted.

Very light cooking is allowed within the studio units (e.g. instant noodles).

For the AIN Studio room type, the maximum occupancy is one (1) person only. No additional occupants are permitted.

For all other studio room types, a second occupant may be accommodated at an additional charge of RM150 per month.

All units are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Rates, fees and charges are subject to revision without prior notice.

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

In-room high-speed fiber broadband and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rental.

Utilities are payable separately and are not included in the monthly rental.

Security Deposit: Two (2) months' rental.

Booking Fee / Advance Rental: One (1) month's rental.

Tenancy Agreement Fee: RM100.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Residents are required to comply with all house rules and community guidelines issued by Management.

Management reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate occupancy in the event of any breach of the house rules, tenancy terms or community guidelines.
